These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and fg771 ("fg771," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the fg771 online casino platform, website, mobile interface, games, and all related services accessible at fg771.co (collectively, the "Platform").

3.1 Registration

3.3 Account Security

fg771 accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) only. All player account balances are maintained and displayed in PHP. fg771 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider (including GCash, your bank, or card issuer) may apply its own transaction fees. fg771 is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment providers. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically feasible. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees. 6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a player's fg771 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. 6.2 Bonus Abuse

6.3 Promotional Eligibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fg771's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fg771 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform, even if fg771 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the fg771 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution procedures available under applicable regulatory frameworks. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable in the Philippines.

fg771's decisions on all matters within its discretion under these Terms — including but not limited to game outcome disputes, bonus eligibility, account status, and withdrawal approvals — are final and binding subject to the dispute resolution procedure described above.
